Terms of Service

The service

Sage AI, run by Nubri GmbH, Berlin ("we"), is an AI voice coach: morning briefs, conversations, goals, nudges, insights and drafts of actions for you to send. Sage is an AI and can be wrong. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice; in a crisis, contact local emergency services.

Accounts

You must be at least 16. Keep your login to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content

What you tell Sage stays yours. You let us process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful or abusive use.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service, or to get around its limits (for example with several accounts).
• Don't use action drafts for spam or harassment. Sage only drafts; you decide what to send.

Plans and limits

A new account gets a 7-day trial with 5 sessions a day, once per email inbox; after that, the free plan includes 1 session a day per inbox. Paid plans, billed monthly through Stripe: Basic $19 (5 sessions a day), Pro $39 (10 a day, with nudges, insights and action drafts), Team $49 (12 a day). Checkout may start with a 7-day free trial. A request that fails is not counted. Free use may pause for the day when it gets too busy. Fair use: no plan is unlimited, and very heavy use in a month may be paused until the next month; write to us if you need more.

You can cancel any time in the billing portal; the plan then runs to the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sage available but cannot promise it without interruption. We may change features; we will tell you about changes to these terms by email or on the site at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before they apply.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

Ending the contract

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days without giving a reason; the 14 days start on the day the contract is made. Tell us clearly by email to info@nubri.co or by letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany; you can use the form below, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough.

We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used. Because you asked at checkout for the service to start straight away, you pay for the share of the billing period up to your withdrawal.

Law

German law applies; if you are a consumer, the protective rules of the country where you live still apply. For merchants, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction.
