The service

Sage AI is a proactive voice life coach that uses AI to provide personalized coaching, morning briefs, nudges, and agentic actions. Generated content is created automatically and may contain inaccuracies; it is meant for general wellness coaching, not as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sage AI. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service and provide coaching. You represent that you have the right to share what you provide.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Sage AI to create unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use agent actions to send spam or harassing communications.
• Do not share account access with unauthorized parties.

Subscriptions and payments

Sage AI offers a 7-day free trial and paid subscriptions (Basic $19/mo, Pro $39/mo, Team $49/mo). Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Agent actions

Pro and Team plans include agent actions (e.g., drafting emails, managing calendar). Actions require your explicit approval before execution. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any action Sage takes on your behalf.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sage AI is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee that coaching suggestions will be accurate or appropriate for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Sage AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
