• Account data: email address, hashed password (via Supabase)
• Voice transcripts (audio is discarded after speech-to-text)
• Personal memories, goals, and preferences you share
• Integration data from connected services (calendar, wearables)
• Payment data: processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Usage data: server logs, IP addresses

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your data to provide the Sage AI service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract performance) and for legitimate interests such as security and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Data Retention

Account and coaching data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
